Can A normal explore warrior example, White knight go get the Soul Driver?
Or is it ONLY UA who can get that?
And can the White Knight explore make the quest to get it?

| Yes all normal aentures can get the UA skils , it's true
In lvl 70 do the quets( very difficult quets) and u can hae this skills ;D | |

| The quests name is: Empress's Might, for lvl 70. I've heard that the drop rate is much lower in EMS than in GMS, so it should not take thaaat long  or at least not as long as for gms :p | |

| It takes ages to complete the quest. I heard from buddys that it took them already more then 18hourrs of grinding to get the items. | |
